Billing Support

Locating your Customer ID

Having your customer number ready helps us assist you faster. It's a unique Customer Number linked to your Online Portal and can speed things up when speaking with an agent, often reducing wait times and getting your issue resolved more quickly.

You can find your customer number in a few different places:

Email Confirmation

It's included in your original purchase confirmation email sent to your registered email address.

Online Portal

  • Log in at login.totaldrive.com
  • Open the menu in the top right corner of your Online Portal
  • Your customer number will be listed alongside your account and subscription details
  • In our Applications

    I would like to put this here, but it's inconsistent across applications. It only seems to be the case for some desktop applications.

    It would just be nice to say 'On the application go to the Account page inside the application'


    Why You Might Need It

    If you're contacting us from a different email address or need help with billing or account access, providing your customer number helps us locate your subscription quickly and securely.
